Inspired by the Italian word for ‘shepherd’, Pastore by Australian chef Scott Pickett, honors the areas’s history of animal farms and orchard plantations. The interior is designed around the principles of an old farmhouse, with cedar wood framing a large hearth and adjoining rooms that come together to “form” the house. The menu offers small plates to full degustation experiences, focusing on wood-fired cooking through a modern lens.
