House of Numa is looking for a Senior Interior Designer with strong creative ability and hospitality design experience across hotels, restaurants and F&B projects.
This is a hands-on design role for someone who can lead assigned projects and develop design from concept through design development, working closely with our Creative Director and design team.
Responsibilities

Develop design concepts, space planning and design solutions

Develop projects from Concept through SD and DD

Develop material palettes, FF&E and key design details

Lead assigned projects and guide junior designers

Prepare and present design work to clients

Work closely with the Creative Director to develop the design direction

Coordinate with the technical team to maintain design intent

Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors
-
Review drawings, materials, samples, furniture and mock-ups
-
Attend site meetings and travel internationally when required
-
Take ownership of assigned projects, design deliverables and deadlines
Requirements
-
7+ years professional interior design experience
-
Strong hotel, hospitality and F&B design experience
-
Strong conceptual, creative and space-planning ability
-
Excellent understanding of materials, FF&E and detailing
-
Strong design and presentation skills
-
AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
-
Able to work independently and lead junior designers
-
Organized, proactive and accountable
-
Strong spoken and written English

Strong design portfolio required

House of Numa is looking for a Senior Technical Designer / Interior Architect with strong hospitality experience to lead the technical development and documentation of our hotel and F&B projects.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can translate design intent into clear, coordinated and buildable solutions, solve problems independently, and mentor the team.
Responsibilities

Lead technical development from SD/DD through CD and construction

Develop and oversee plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawing packages
-
Resolve complex interior, joinery and bespoke details
-
Coordinate ID with architectural, MEP, lighting, kitchen and specialist consultants
-
Identify technical issues and drive them through to resolution

Review shop drawings, samples and contractor submissions
-
Organize drawing packages, priorities and deadlines
-
Guide and mentor designers and CAD team
-
Support construction and resolve site issues
-
Attend project meetings and travel internationally when required
Requirements

Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or related field
-
10+ years technical/interior documentation experience
-
Strong hotel, hospitality and F&B experience
-
Expert AutoCAD skills
-
Strong construction, detailing, materials and joinery knowledge
-
Excellent technical problem-solving ability
-
Highly organized and able to manage multiple deliverables

Strong leadership and mentoring ability

Strong communication and coordination skill

Able to work independently and take ownership

Strong spoken and written English
