Piyanuch Thamchariyawat has shaped the world of hospitality design for more than twenty-five years. As Design Director and Partner at EDG Design, she led award-winning projects across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond, building a reputation for creative storytelling and design excellence.
When she founded House of Numa, Piya brought this legacy into a boutique practice, where her vision sets the tone for every project. She continues to craft concepts that balance imagination with strategy, creating experiences that resonate with guests and perform for operators.

CULTURAL TRANSLATOR, STRATEGIST, PHOTOGRAPHER
Omar Montenegro moves fluidly between design and photography, bringing a unique creative lens to House of Numa. Trained in architecture with an emphasis on visual merchandising and store design, he developed a strong understanding of space, proportion, and narrative environments.
At House of Numa, Omar drives strategy, storytelling, and visual identity, ensuring every project reflects the studio’s spirit with clarity and distinction.

DETAIL- DRIVEN, ADAPTABLE, CHALLENGE SEEKER
Jang has spent more than a decade working on hospitality, residential, and commercial spaces worldwide. Her portfolio includes the St. Regis Red Sea Resort in Saudi Arabia, Glee in Nairobi, the Westin Vranska Banja Resort in Serbia, and Elements at the Four Seasons Doha, covering from design development to FF&E coordination.
When Piya founded House of Numa, she had Jang in mind as part of the team. Having her on board now brings a sense of refinement and clarity we had long envisioned for the studio.

Prayut is a trusted collaborator of House of Numa, bringing clarity and organization to complex projects. With international experience in coordinating design and construction teams, he has worked with consultants, operators, and developers across Asia and beyond.
His expertise lies in managing schedules, overseeing documentation, and ensuring that creative vision aligns with technical delivery. By bridging communication between designers, clients, and contractors, Prayut strengthens the collaborative process and brings reliability to every stage of a project.

ROOKIE OF THE YEAR, CULTURE DRIVEN, ARTIST
Thitaree “Gade” Nilapunpitak, a Fine Arts graduate, brings energy to House of Numa.
Gade works across marketing, video, and photography, creating content that supports storytelling across projects. Culturally aware, she brings a fresh perspective influenced by art, fashion, and contemporary culture. Often described internally as the “rookie of the year,” she represents the next generation of the studio’s creative voice.
